Description:
HTML Help (hh.exe) is an online Help standard, developed by Microsoft. Microsoft Windows could allow a local attacker to gain elevated privileges on the system. The HtmlHelp function fails to properly drop privileges prior to invoking the help viewer. If an application has higher privileges and invokes the HTML help viewer, a local attacker could gain elevated privileges on the system.
