This is a Scripting Language that is being created now. This is a leak of there beta program I found on the internet. The language is made in Visual basic but wont require the runtimes and the language is going to use some advanced api functions in the full version said there site. When you install it look in c:winscript for list of commands also, you need the vb6 runtimes for this one becuase its beta. Enjoy IT!
