I have downloaded the softice program that is currently in the database and it fails to work on xp or even on 9x. It wont let you open the rar file. So I got this for nt and I rarred it. Also to prevent corruption to the file I locked any future archive modifications. This way no one can change it or corrupt it or anything like that. So this will work. Enjoy!
