SSL ***** server listens on a TCP port, accepts SSL connections, and forwards them to another local or remote TCP port. For example, it is possible to create an [Only registered and activated users can see links] server if you have an HTTP server and you run an SSL ***** server on port 443 which forwards the connections to port 80.
